🌸 Hello Spring!

How are we already at the end of March? It feels like this month has absolutely flown by!

As we get ready to step into April, we’re so excited for all the spring vibes ahead — brighter days, fresh starts, and plenty of lovely celebrations. This week, we’re taking a moment to look ahead to Easter while also reflecting on everything we’ve been up to throughout March.

🐣 Last Call for Easter Orders!

Easter is this coming weekend, which means this is your final week to get your orders in!

We’ve got plenty available in the shop, from gifts and treats to lots of Easter goodies ready to go.

If you’re still needing to order, you can do so in whichever way suits you best:

  • Sending us an email
  • Giving us a call
  • Or popping into the shop

Our shop is open as normal Wednesday and Thursday, 10am – 4pm, so feel free to come in and pick up everything you need ready for the weekend. We also have a great selection of Easter crafts and in-store goodies, perfect for keeping little ones (and big ones!) busy.

🎈 March Highlights

It’s been such a busy and exciting month here at The Pink Tree!

We’ve created a wide range of birthday stacks for all ages, featuring everything from florals and jungle themes to bows and more — all in a variety of colours and styles. It’s been amazing bringing so many different ideas to life.

We’ve also had the pleasure of being part of some fantastic local celebrations, including welcoming Lumo Trains to their new Preston office and supporting Preston College’s Exceptional Apprentice & Employer Awards.

Alongside that, we’ve been busy working on beautiful setups in cottages and lodges, as well as preparing lots of Easter orders ready for the upcoming weekend.

We’ve had a little move around in the shop to make more of our stock visible (as many of you know, we have a lot!). We’re also continuing to organise and make space so we can keep even more items readily available for you.

Easter Is Just Around the Corner at Pink Tree Parties 🐣

Firstly, we would like to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported us over the past week for Mother’s Day. It was a busy weekend, and we are always incredibly grateful when people choose to support local and shop with us for their gifts and balloons.

Your support truly means the world to our small business, and we love being part of your special celebrations.

As a quick reminder, our St. Patrick’s Day items will remain available in the shop until after this weekend, just in case anyone is planning a later celebration with St. Patrick’s Day falling tomorrow. If you’re celebrating over the weekend, there’s still time to pick up some festive decorations or balloons.

Easter Is Coming Early This Year

Easter is approaching quickly this year, with the Easter weekend running from Good Friday (3rd April) through to Monday (6th April).

Please note our opening hours over the Easter weekend:

  • Thursday (before Easter) – Last day for collections before the weekend

  • Saturday 4th April – We will be open for collections

  • Good Friday, Easter Sunday and Easter Monday – Closed

If you’re planning to order Easter balloons or gifts, we recommend placing your orders for either Thursday or Saturday collection to avoid any disappointment.

Our website is now fully stocked with Easter balloon displays, with lots of fun designs to choose from. Many of our displays also include chocolates, making them a lovely Easter gift with a little extra fun included.

From large balloon stacks to cute bunny balloons filled with chocolates, there are plenty of creative Easter gift ideas available.

With spring slowly starting to appear and the days getting a little brighter, we’ve got two lovely celebrations just around the corner — Mother’s Day on Sunday 15th and St. Patrick’s Day on Tuesday 17th.

Whether you’re planning a special day for Mum or getting ready to add a bit of Irish cheer to your home, we’ve got plenty of bits and pieces in store to help you celebrate.

If you’re looking for a thoughtful little gift, our Mother’s Day gift bags are a lovely option. Each one is already made up and ready to go, making them perfect if you want something special without the stress of putting it together yourself.

Every bag is slightly different, but they may include items such as:

Mother’s Day Opening Hours

For anyone needing a last-minute gift or balloon, we’ll be open on Mother’s Day from 9am until 12pm.

You’re more than welcome to pop in to pick up balloons, decorations, or a gift bag before heading off to celebrate.

Getting Ready for St. Patrick’s Day

Just a couple of days later we’ll be celebrating St. Patrick’s Day on March 17th, and we’ve got lots of fun items in store if you’re planning to join in the celebrations.

Our St. Patrick’s Day range includes:

To make things even better, all St. Patrick’s Day items (excluding balloons) are currently 10% off.

February Recap

We’ve finally made it to March, and with spring in the air, it’s been lovely to spot the first spring flowers beginning to bloom across the fields. Before we fully step into the new season, we wanted to take a moment to look back at everything we got up to in February — and it was a busy one!

From Valentine’s setups to large-scale events and bespoke designs, February was filled with colour, creativity, and celebrations of all kinds.

February Favourites

One clear standout this month was our bubble balloons, which proved to be a customer favourite throughout February. With Valentine’s Day in the mix, we also created lots of romantic setups — including proposals and thoughtful surprise displays.

We also saw a continued demand for balloons in boxes, which remain a popular choice for gifting and celebrations.

Events, Displays & Setups

February kept us on the road with a variety of setups, from intimate home celebrations to larger corporate events. Highlights included providing décor for the Platinum Star Event at Mercedes-Benz showrooms, along with multiple lodge and spa hotel setups for birthdays, romantic getaways, and proposals at Ribby Hall Village.

We also supplied displays for larger events with Blackpool Dairy Farmers and The Staff Agency, as well as home setups for milestone birthdays including an 18th and 21st. One particularly eye-catching piece this month was a beautiful pink easel display, which was a real showstopper to finish off the month.

Themed Designs & Colour Trends

Our themed stacks were very popular in February, with designs including Moana, The Flash, and Disney Princess Aurora, alongside classic colour stacks and displays.

We also created a number of balloon bouquets, including a standout girly golf-themed balloon bouquet that turned out beautifully. In terms of colour trends, we noticed a strong comeback of creams, golds, and eucalyptus greens, which proved to be a favourite choice once again.

Bespoke Orders & Looking Ahead

One of our favourite projects this month was a bespoke custom design, combining a chocolate bouquet, candle, mixed artificial florals, and a small Balloon on a stick into one unique arrangement.

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been busy preparing new designs for St. Patrick’s Day and Mother’s Day, along with early preparations for Easter and Father’s Day — all of which are now available in-store. Our window displays have also had a refresh, moving from Valentine’s to Mother’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day themes.

Valentine’s Day is the first big celebration of the year, and our Valentine’s balloon designs are fully updated on our website. From romantic displays to thoughtful gifts, there are lots of options to choose from — and we’ll continue adding new designs as we create them.

If you have your own idea in mind, you’re more than welcome to send it over. We’re always happy to replicate a design or put our own Pink Tree spin on it.

🌸 Mother’s Day – Sunday 15th March

Easter Sunday falls on 5th April, with Good Friday on the 3rd and Easter Monday on the 6th — making it a full weekend of Easter fun.

We’re slowly updating our Easter range online, and we also have lots of crafting bits and pieces in-store, perfect for keeping little hands busy.

From playful Easter balloons to small seasonal touches for the home, we can help you celebrate in a way that suits you.

👔 Father’s Day – Sunday 21st June

Father’s Day is a great chance to have a bit of fun, and we have so many different balloon shapes and designs available.

Our Father’s Day balloons include:

  • Superhero balloons
  • Trophy balloons
  • Beer glass and beer bottle balloons
  • Galaxy-themed designs (like “You’re the best dad in the galaxy”)
  • Work shirt–shaped balloons
  • Personalised balloons

Everything can be fully personalised, and it doesn’t have to say “Dad”. If you’re celebrating a father figure, we can create messages like “Thank you for always being there” or “You’re like a dad to me”. From funny to sentimental, we can do it all.

Happy New Year and welcome to 2026! 🎉

We’re so excited to be back and kicking off the year with our weekly updates here on the Pink Tree Parties blog. We hope you all had a fantastic Christmas and New Year filled with celebrations, rest, and plenty of special moments.

Before we dive in, we just want to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported us throughout 2025. Whether you popped into the shop, placed an order, shared our posts, or recommended us to friends — your support truly means everything to us. We can’t wait to see lots of familiar faces again this year, along with some new ones too!

This blog post gives you a little overview of what’s currently happening in the shop and what exciting things we have planned for the months ahead.

What’s New in the Shop?

After a very busy Christmas and New Year period, we’ve been hard at work packing everything away and refreshing the shop — and we’re now fully stocked for all the next big celebrations of the year.

Right now in store you’ll find products for:

Our Valentine’s window is currently going in and it’s looking super lovey-dovey already! 💖

We’ve got some very exciting things planned for this year and we can’t wait to start sharing them with you.

One of our big focuses for 2026 will be bundles — making party planning easier and better value for you.

We’ll be creating themed bundles for Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, St. Patrick’s Day, and more, as well as party wear bundles. Each pack will include a variety of items, all put together at a cheaper price than buying individually.

Valentine’s Day – Love Is in the Air

Valentine’s Day has officially arrived at Pink Tree Parties, and love really is in the air! 💕

We currently have:

  • Valentine’s foils
  • Valentine’s displays
  • Rose petals
  • Decorative Valentine’s items

We also have three Valentine’s decoration bundles available. These are very limited — there are only three bundles in total, and once they’re gone, we won’t be making any more.

Each bundle is packed with a variety of buntings, banners, and decorative bits and pieces, making decorating for Valentine’s Day super easy if you’re going all out.

Alongside these, we’ve also put together foil balloon packs using some of our older foils that we won’t be using ourselves. These are mixed packs containing both large and small foils, all different, with a variety of designs in each pack. They’re all available at a discounted price.

These foil packs are sold uninflated, making them perfect if you’d like to create your own balloon display at home and get creative this Valentine’s Day.

New Valentine’s Displays & Custom Options

Our new Valentine’s displays are on their way, and we’re excited to start sharing them with you.

We’ve already created a few new designs, with more coming very soon — alongside all of our old favourites, which are still available to order.

If you love a display design but aren’t keen on the colours, or you’d like it personalised, we’ve got you covered. Any display can be adapted to suit your colour scheme, and personalisation can always be added.

It honestly doesn’t feel real that Christmas is just around the corner! 🎄✨ The final countdown is officially on, and here at Pink Tree Parties we are soaking up every bit of festive magic, glitter and excitement.

This past couple of weeks have been a particularly special one for us, and our latest newsletter captures everything we’ve been up to as well as how we can still help you add those all-important finishing touches to your Christmas celebrations.

Pinky the Elf’s Festive Adventures

If you’ve been following us on social media, you’ll know we were joined by a very special visitor at the start of December – Pinky the Elf 💗🎅. From the 1st of December, Pinky has been busy spreading Christmas cheer across the high street as part of our 12 Days of Christmas.

From salon pamper sessions and festive coffees to shopping for gifts, spoiling little ones, and even helping us decorate a Winter Wonderland setup, Pinky has certainly kept herself busy. She’s loved meeting local businesses, getting into mischief and bringing smiles to faces along the way.

And if you think her adventures are over… think again! Pinky is still up to mischief in the shop, so be sure to keep an eye on our social media to see what she gets up to next 👀✨

Still Time for Christmas Balloons & Magic

Believe it or not, there is still time to order Christmas balloons to make the festive period extra special 🎈. Whether you’re looking for:

  • A balloon to add to a Christmas Eve box
  • Something magical for children to wake up to on Christmas morning
  • A fun and festive display to enjoy in the lead-up to the big day
  • Or even a balloon that the elf has cheekily “brought” along with them

We can help bring those ideas to life.

We’ve also just launched our super cute Soft Santa Basket, perfect for Christmas Eve. This adorable basket features a soft Santa plush and can be paired with a “Santa Stop Here” balloon. Fill it with cookies or mince pies, reindeer treats and a glass of milk, ready for Santa’s big night 🎅🥛🦌.
