February Recap

We’ve finally made it to March, and with spring in the air, it’s been lovely to spot the first spring flowers beginning to bloom across the fields. Before we fully step into the new season, we wanted to take a moment to look back at everything we got up to in February — and it was a busy one!

From Valentine’s setups to large-scale events and bespoke designs, February was filled with colour, creativity, and celebrations of all kinds.

February Favourites

One clear standout this month was our bubble balloons, which proved to be a customer favourite throughout February. With Valentine’s Day in the mix, we also created lots of romantic setups — including proposals and thoughtful surprise displays.

We also saw a continued demand for balloons in boxes, which remain a popular choice for gifting and celebrations.

Events, Displays & Setups

February kept us on the road with a variety of setups, from intimate home celebrations to larger corporate events. Highlights included providing décor for the Platinum Star Event at Mercedes-Benz showrooms, along with multiple lodge and spa hotel setups for birthdays, romantic getaways, and proposals at Ribby Hall Village.

We also supplied displays for larger events with Blackpool Dairy Farmers and The Staff Agency, as well as home setups for milestone birthdays including an 18th and 21st. One particularly eye-catching piece this month was a beautiful pink easel display, which was a real showstopper to finish off the month.

Themed Designs & Colour Trends

Our themed stacks were very popular in February, with designs including Moana, The Flash, and Disney Princess Aurora, alongside classic colour stacks and displays.

We also created a number of balloon bouquets, including a standout girly golf-themed balloon bouquet that turned out beautifully. In terms of colour trends, we noticed a strong comeback of creams, golds, and eucalyptus greens, which proved to be a favourite choice once again.

Bespoke Orders & Looking Ahead

One of our favourite projects this month was a bespoke custom design, combining a chocolate bouquet, candle, mixed artificial florals, and a small Balloon on a stick into one unique arrangement.

Behind the scenes, we’ve also been busy preparing new designs for St. Patrick’s Day and Mother’s Day, along with early preparations for Easter and Father’s Day — all of which are now available in-store. Our window displays have also had a refresh, moving from Valentine’s to Mother’s Day and St. Patrick’s Day themes.
