Many people think that hiring the services of a Wedding Planner is an unnecessary cost which will mean the loss of control over their Big Day. This is a preconception that Pink Tree Parties wants to move away from; hence thats why we think of ourselves as more of an Advisory Service. Most people have a good idea of what they want and like, so if this is the case we will use your opinions to find exactly what you want, we wont force our ideas on you. Most people worry about the cost of assistance but we will strive to recoup the cost of our services with the savings and discounts we will find for you. Although not guaranteed, we aim to do this and more whilst remaining totally focused on you and your needs. Also, when youre organising your own wedding, lack of time and preoccupations with other areas can mean that you lose sight of the budget and a little extra here and there leads to the budget spiralling out of control, its only when you sit down after the honeymoon that you work out youve gone over budget by 5% - 25% and not even noticed it, since the costs have been spread out over time. If you choose, then we will monitor the budget throughout and let you know in advance when its starts to creep away from the agreed amount. We can also recommend cost cuttings and offer advice on saving money. Regardless of the financial savings; we will definitely save you time traipsing around searching and all the stress that it involves. We dont work on commission from suppliers, hence why we have to charge for this service, but it means that you get the full choices available to you and we are free to look around to find exactly what you want and thus keep costs too a minimum. However, there is a balance between cost and excellent service; we want to ensure you have reputable suppliers and a high standard of quality and we wont compromise on that, youll get the best at the best price. Your Wedding is "YOUR" day and you have the last say on everything, we will help as much or as little as you would like. Even with all the help in the world there will still be something for you to worry about even if its just the weather. Pink Tree Parties removes all the other worries so you can relax and enjoy the Day.

Here is a selection of packages available. All packages can be adapted to individual needs and prices quoted on request, remember you are our main priority... We charge a fixed fee, unlike some wedding services that base it on a percentage of your budget, as we think its fairer.

Sourcing of suppliers and venues. FULL SERVICE. (refer to our section for prices of individual item sourcing and research)

Sourcing and "on the day" 2hr check of venues prior to wedding to ensure that everything is in place (includes budget control and timeline reminders up to the wedding day).

Sourcing plus budget control, weekly reminders up to the day of the wedding (things to do, deposits to pay, etc)

Engagement party/ Hen Party/ Stag Party, assistance with planning and organising.

Venue decoration for engagement or wedding reception (village halls, etc).

At home service providing champagne breakfast at home, tidying up the house after wedding party has departed for the wedding, ensuring that you wont come home to a mess! Includes feeding and exercising of pets and collection of flowers, etc.

On the Day attendance and co-ordination, up to the end of the speeches.
